For the newest edition of MIPIM the Flanders Ghent Development Group has decided to work with the communication agency hooox. This young and dynamic company has just moved its offices from Brussels to Ghent. They see this project as a unique opportunity to present themselves in their new city.
The past few years hooox has shown its expertise in the real estate market. Originally a 3D visualisation studio, the studio steadily grew into a full service communication partner for real estate developers.
Frank De Mulder, chairman of the FGDG: “The synergy between both organisations is almost natural; hooox was aiming for even more visibility in the real estate sector and we were looking for a communication partner who knows and understands the real estate world.”
For MIPIM both parties developed a strong concept. The stand is based on the A TABLE concept of the architect Bontinck. Coziness and openness are at its center. This year extra attention is paid to the videowall of 18 screens. Van Marcke, founder of hooox: “Not only do we want to draw the attention of the MIPIM visitor and to make it clear to them what makes Ghent so attractive, but also to give strong visibility to the partners.
